So, can we borrow food above plus
- Rice
- Mayonnaise
- Sushi vinegar
- Sesame seeds black and white.
- Seasonings( salt, sugar, peppers or other basic one)
Try to serve to Fifi at 13:00 to14:00 or as early as possible.
Wish to finish before 15:00, including cleaning out.

とメッセージを送ってきたので、速攻で
”Slow cooked beef tataki
Seasoned big size beef, then vacuum packed, put in sous vide machine for 1hours at 50 degree。 I think I should create new sauce for it.
と適当に返しました。我ながら自慢できるくらいに適当です。
本当だったら、お肉のサイズなり、脂肪の含有率だったりが関係するんでしょうが、
舐められたくない、舐められたらおしまい
なので、よく言えば、ブラッフをかまして、かました後でどうしようか・・・
今も悩んでいます(泣)
